With 14 full days of argument and struggle, we finally named our little boy "Noah Michael Stocker"

14日ぎりぎりかけて、ついに息子を命名しました。ストウカー能亜（のあ）です。よろしくお願いします。

We had several names picked before he was born and thought maybe one would click when we see his face. But we could not decide after staring for a long time. It took us full 14 days (limit for Japan office) to decide his name. I guess he was lucky that we finally came to an agreement of his name.

生まれる前にいくつかの名前を選んでいて、「顔を見てから決めよう！」ということになっていました。ところが生まれてきてみて顔を見つめてみてもなかなか決まらず、結局タイムリミットぎりぎりセーフで決定しました。

This is Noah's picture for US passport. This will be a good black mail picture. (Julia's picture is even worse...) We took over 100 pictures and this is the better one out of all the pictures. It was pretty difficult to catch a moment of him not crying but have eyes open.

これが、パスポート用の能亜の写真です。散々撮ったわりに、これです。…と言うより、生後数週間の能亜が、泣かずに目を開いているタイミングがなかなかない。たまたまタイミングが合っても、今度は正面を向いてくれない…。結局コレが一番マシな一枚です。
