Halloween Picnic

Bonnie and I did a Halloween picnic last year, and it was quite a success. Everyone enjoyed and we got many request to do it again this year, so here we are. We did it again this year. It was a little early but weather was super gorgeous and we totally enjoyed it!

去年Bonnieと企画したハロウィンピクニックが大盛況で、最開催のリクエストが多数あった為、今年も再度企画することにしました。今年は少々早い開催となりましたが、みんな楽しめたようです。

Ellie was a pumpkin from last year. (Her costume this year didn't get in on time since the picnic was way early...) Julia was a black cat (again from last year...) Ellie invited her friend, Shu-kun, to the picnic and he was a Peter Pan! We took pictures in front of our house and they were so cute together.

エリはパンプキン（去年のコスチュームです…。ピクニック開催が早すぎて今年のコスチュームが届かなかったのよ…。ゴメン。ハロウィン本番までには間に合わせますので…。）ジュリアは黒ネコ（コレも去年の…。）そして、エリのお友達、しゅう君はピーターパンで登場です。
We had a lot of (too many) treats this year again. Bonnie did cupcakes and they were really cute! I did cookies and pumpkin bread. The problem this year again was that kids just ate treats and didn't eat much lunch. I guess this will happen every year...

さすがハロウィンとあって、お菓子もいっぱいです。ちなみに、カップケーキはBonnie担当、クッキー、パンプキンブレッドは私が作りました。問題は、お菓子ばぁっか食べていて、ランチを食べてくれないこと…。ハロウィン時期は終始この問題との格闘ですね…。
Craft time! We made paper plate Jack-O-Lantern.

紙皿を使って、パンプキンを作りました。エリのパンプキン、なかなかのものです。
After games, we went around the park for trick-or-treating. Ellie and Julia were so happy getting bunch of candies.

ゲームの後は、Trick or Treatingへ。公園内を回って、たくさんのお菓子をゲットしてきたエリとジュリア。超ハッピーです。
