Palette Summer Matsuri

Kids school Natsu Matsuri (Summer Festival). It started in the evening. Ellie was a happy girl but Julia woke up from the nap and she was a little grumpy.

毎年恒例、パレット保育園の夏祭りです。夕方スタートなので、いつもお昼寝から起こされるジュリアとノアは少々不機嫌。エリはもう昼寝をしないので、ルンルンで向かいました。

But once we get there, the kids were happy.

ただ、着いてしまえばお友達もいっぱいでハッピーな子供たちです。

We started out with Mikoshi. Julia was right in the center carrying Mikoshi. She did a good job.

まずはお神輿から始まりです。ジュジュは、真ん中で担ぎました。がんばりました♪

After Mikoshi, we went inside and played games and had a lot of fun.

その後、室内でゲームや屋台を楽しみました。子供たちはゲームに夢中。

There is always a game that parents participate in. I won 1st place and got a 12-pack of beer last year (of course I had to give away to someone else...) This year, Daddy won 1st place and got a bag of rice! That prize was better than 12-pack of beer for us! Good job, Daddy!

毎年恒例で、親のゲームがあるのです。去年はじゃんけんゲームで、マミーが優勝。ビール１箱ゲットしました。（もちろんビールは他の方にお譲りしました。）今年はダディがフリスビーゲームで優勝。米３キロをゲット！米はうれしい商品でした！

Kids had a lot of fun!

子供たちもとってもエンジョイした様子で、楽しいなつまつりになりました。
