Easter is coming up very soon and we had a primary Easter Egg hunt activity at Yoyogi park. Weather was nice, but moreover, Sakura trees were gorgeous at the park. Everything was pink all over and it was such an amazing view.
イースターです。今年は桜の素敵な時期にイースターが重なりました。というわけで、毎年恒例、プライマリーイースターエッグハントを、代々木公園で行いました。代々木公園、なんと桜が満開。全てが桜色に染まり、それはそれは美しい景色の中でのイースターエッグハントです。
Ellie invited 2 of her friends from school. We played several games before egg hunt. Kids had a lot of fun.
エリは、仲の良いお友達をご招待。KくんとSくんが来てくれました。去年はKちゃんが来てくれたんだけど、今年は都合が悪いとのことで残念。また今度ね～。
We found a perfect spot for egg hunt this year. Tons of leaves were there and kids had a blast time! Everyone is looking for eggs. It was quite tough with bunch of leaves. This year, we had several special eggs (sliver eggs) with a special prize (and it was my idea!!) So kids were so excited to find these eggs.
今年はエッグハントにパーフェクトな場所を公園内に確保しました！落ち葉もいっぱいで、まさに理想的。みんなたまご探しに夢中。私達もうまく隠したので、子供達は結構難しいたまご探しに果敢に挑んでおりました。さらに今年は、特別な銀のたまごも隠されていて、これを見つけるとスペシャルな賞品がもらえるとあり（私のアイデアです♪）、子供達も真剣そのもの。
Julia was trying to find (or dig) for eggs with her favorite stick!
ジュリアは、一生懸命たまごを見つける（掘りだす？？）ことに集中してました。
Ellie found quite a bit of eggs!(No silver one though.) I remember that Daddy or Mommy needed to point the eggs for Ellie to pick up last year. She has grown a lot in a year.
エリは、自分で見つけたたくさんのたまごに大満足！（残念ながら銀の卵は見つけられませんでしたが。）去年はダディが場所を指で示してあげてようやく拾っていたのに、今年は全部自分で探してきました。一年で大きく成長しました。
After egg hunt, we had a little picnic and girls got their face painted.
エッグハントの後、ピクニックでランチを食べ、エリとジュリアはフェイスペイントをしてもらいました♪
Ellie is an Easter bunny and Julia got a Sakura blossom. It is perfect for Julia since her middle name is "Sakura". Girls were so happy to have their face painted and they both refused to wash off the paints when we got home...
エリはイースターバニー。ジュリアは桜のお花を書いてもらいました。ジュリアのミドルネームは「さくら」なので、パーフェクトなお顔になりました。2人ともあまりに気に入りすぎて、帰宅後のお昼寝の際、洗うのを拒絶するほどでした…。
